WEDDING DAY
Magnolia Plantation & Gardens is located at 3550 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC 29414. The venue is 12 miles away from our partner hotels in Downtown Charleston.
The drive to the venue may take 30-45 minutes on Friday during rush hour.
Please plan to arrive to the venue by 4:30 PM.
5:00 PM
CEREMONY - WHITE BRIDGE LAWN
Attire: Southern Formal - Think summer florals and midi/long dresses for the women. Traditional suit and tie with pops of spring colors for the men!
The walk to the ceremony location will take 10-15 minutes. Please arrive early to enjoy your walk over the bridge and through the gardens.
5:30 PM
COCKTAIL HOUR - MAGNOLIA HOUSE
Gather on the covered patio of the Magnolia House overlooking the gardens for light bites and beverages while the Bride & Groom take pictures around the property with family.
6:45 PM
RECEPTION - THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
The reception will be a short walk across the property to The Carriage House situated along the Ashley River. Transportation back to our partner hotels will be provided after the reception!
